MERMAID is a fine paper characterized by a rippling texture reminiscent of the ocean home of its namesake,
and a rich variety of colors. Six decades after MERMAID first went on sale,
this show highlights its charm and features products that use it.

One example is THOMSON PAPER, a designer clock that beautifully contrasts
the texture of paper and the feel of wood. It uses MERMID for the face of a handsome wall clock.
The numbers on its face have been slightly rounded along the edges using a special die-cutting process pioneered by John S.
Thomson, giving them a soft appearance.

Products available include paper products that take advantage of Mermaid’s characteristic feel,
and envelopes that can be made to order in your favorite color, choosing from among all 73 Mermaid colors.

Discover new examples of the beauty and charm that can be achieved through a variety of
uses, designs, and applications—all beginning with a single sheet of MERMAID.
