through collaborations with creators using fine paper.
Each issue in this popular project includes a book jacket/cover
made with a different type of fine paper.
Taichi Tamaki (DENTSU INC.) has been chosen for the April 2017 issue.
The paper used is HAMMER TONE GA .
The title of the work is “Hammer story.”
HAMMER TONE GA is a fine paper inspired by the tone produced by fine hammering.
Characters signifying “reading” and “knowledge” embossed onto the paper communicate
the way that the paper is pressed down little-by-little each time the hammer strikes.
