TAKEO MIHONCHO Ginza is a paper store launched by TAKEO
in collaboration with stationery specialist, ITO-YA Ltd.
Alongside TAKEO MIHONCHO Ginza on the 7th floor of Ginza Itoya is
an event space for exhibitions about paper.

Come and see fine paper in a variety of traditional textures and colors.
This event features a selection of embossed paper with Japanese patterns
as well as fine paper that reproduces the feel of traditional Japanese fabrics and washi paper.
 
The event includes papers resembling inden deer leather, simulating the traditional lacquered
deerskin craft using special printing process technology, and papers
such as chiyo-kirigami—delicately laser-cut in traditional patterns.
 
Also featured are items specially made for the event that are only available
at TAKEO MIHONCHO Ginza at Itoya.
Discover Japanese fine paper and the enchanting world of traditional Japan
brought to life using special printing processes.
