TAKEO papers feature in 2018 issue of
Design Note (No. 79)
The Yodoyabashi MIHONCHO showroom that opened in April 2018 is mentioned
in the May 26, 2018 issue of Design Note (No. 79) put out by Seibundo Shinkosha.
A special feature, “Chiikihatsu, Nihon wo Kaeru Saikyo no Dezain” (“Great Designs from
Regional Areas That Are Changing Japan”), discusses the work of Yuma Harada,
a designer involved in creative regional projects who handled creative direction for
the Osaka-based Yodoyabashi MIHONCHO showroom.
In addition to covering the concept for Yodoyabashi MIHONCHO, it includes a discussion with
Yuichi Takeo, Director, Senior Managing Officer of TAKEO and Osaka Branch Manager.
