The gallery space at the Yodoyabashi MIHONCHO showroom regularly holds various events
that expand the potential of paper.
DESIGNER × PROJECT—Norito Shinmura and MUJI CAMPGROUND
The first exhibition features the MUJI CAMPGROUND posters that designer Norito Shinmura
has been producing for twenty years. It includes the latest posters, which are based on paper
prints by designer Kaoru Kasai, and recent posters produced using a Print Gocco,
along with the original art for these posters and examples of some of the many experiments conducted.
By focusing on this particular project, the exhibition is able to examine Shinmura’s attitude to design
and his process for forging a relationship with the client.
