TAKEO has published takeo paper show 2018 “precision” to accompany the 2018 takeo paper show.
It contains photos and abundant text (in Japanese) covering the takeo paper show 2018 “precision”
exhibition held in Tokyo in June 2018, as well as the processes of making the new fine papers
created by the nine project teams. It also includes 5,000-characters’ worth of interviews with creators,
an essay by cultural anthropologist, Shinichi Takemura, and a conversation between the show’s art director
Yoshihisa Tanaka, venue designer Hideyuki Nakayama, and TAKEO president Shigeru Takeo.
