The paper airplane is a classic pastime in which you fold a sheet of paper and send it sailing through the air. This exhibition goes beyond the child’s pastime to explore deeper aspects of paper airplanes, including Guinness World Records and ingenious folding patterns.

We present ways of folding paper airplanes devised by Takuo Toda, who set the Guinness World Record for the longest flying paper aircraft-duration and John M. Collins, who set the Guinness World Record for the farthest flight by a paper aircraft, as well as the paper they used when they set their records, and books they have published. It also features an assortment of sets of fine paper well-suited for making paper airplanes, along with a number of related products.

Discover the novel appeal of building and flying paper airplanes with fine paper.

Cooperation: O'Reilly Japan, Inc. and Origami Airplane Association
