TAKEO is operating a booth at “page2020” in the Sunshine City Convention
Center in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. This show is a comprehensive event for the print
media business organized by the Japan Association of Graphic Arts Technology (JAGAT).

 

Based on the theme “digital printing today,” TAKEO’s booth features eight types of fine
paper, with a particular focus on its new paper for HP Indigo digital printing provisionally
named VENT NOUVEAU LT-FS (official announcement coming soon), and digital printing
press compatibility. The booth presents suggestions for taking advantage of the latest
digital printing techniques. We hope to see you there!

VENT NOUVEAU LT-FS (provisional name)

 

Good printability and texture are characteristics that tend to be mutually
exclusive, but the VENT NOUVEAU series created a new genre of high-quality
printing paper with its Rough Gloss® products that achieve high levels of both characteristics.

 

TAKEO is now adding a new product to the VENT NOUVEAU series, provisionally
named VENT NOUVEAU LT-FS, which is for HP Indigo digital printing. It possesses
the properties required for digital printing, while providing VENT NOUVEAU’s characteristic
rough feel and a glossiness approaching offset printing.

* The paper is expected to receive HP Indigo certification in 2020.
