TAKEO has been taking active measures to prevent novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection
since March 2, 2020. As the situation changes, these measures are being strengthened,
prioritizing the safety of customers and employees.

Specific measures now being implemented are:
1. Expansion of staggered flextime shift system
2. Splitting teams between locations
3. Telecommuting
4. Ensuring that staff who do not feel well stay at home

A reduction in working hours and a review of the specific tasks required for certain
types of work are also under consideration.

If employees at TAKEO or affiliated companies become infected with COVID-19, action will be
taken to prevent further infections in accordance with instructions from public health centers,
government organizations, and other appropriate authorities.
TAKEO will continue to take further actions and/or review these measures as
appropriate in line with government guidelines and guidelines provided by other authorities.
