The word calligraphy derives from ancient Greek words meaning “beautiful” and “writing.” Calligraphy is a familiar method of presenting the written word in beautiful ways that has been passed down in the West and Middle East since ancient times. It is achieved by combining various types of fine paper and graceful handwriting. The event presents the charm and appeal calligraphy can add in various everyday situations.

Visitors to the venue can try their hand at calligraphy while viewing a video describing the basics. Starter kits for easily enjoying calligraphy at home and other calligraphy-related products are also available. Experience for yourself the warmth and exquisite art of calligraphy created by hand using paper and beautiful script.
