  • Tsukuru Work "The Future of On-demand" Exhibition

TAKEO cooperated in an exhibition at Tsukuru Work, a coworking space operated by Kinko's Japan.

The show is an industry-university cooperation project by Kinko’s Japan,
which runs Kinko’s On Demand Solutions; specialist paper merchant TAKEO;
and students from the Department of Science of Design at Musashino Art University.
In the approximately two-month project, students learned about digital printing and fine paper,
then created experimental works taking the future of on-demand services as their theme.
The unique works presented include prototypes for a service producing paper flower bouquets
printed with messages converted from voice data and a card game played using tactile sensation
made possible by combining paper types and printing technologies to create cards with diverse textures.
The show is a great opportunity see what kind of future on-demand services students anticipate.
