The Spanish restaurant acá 1° has received a star in the Michelin Guide,
and is now known as one of the most difficult places to get a reservation at. Meeting
the owner and chef Tetsuo Azuma led to our new concept book la cocina de acá ,
which includes text and photos covering the restaurant and chef.
Working with photographer Takashi Mochizuki, the book, took over two years to complete.,
We are launching the book and are also rolling out a series of works at Aoyama MIHONCHO
that represent acá 1° through printing and design using a variety of red paper.  – Yohei Nagata

Yohei Nagata

Yohei Nagata was born in Tokyo in 1987. While studying at university, he created Little Girl,
a limited-edition art book of works by contemporary artist Kazuhiro Nomura published by void+,
an art gallery in Aoyama, Tokyo. That project led him to join MORI DESIGN INC.,
where he worked for a decade until founding o-flat inc. in 2018. Adopting a new approach,
with a flat perspective and simple designs, he engages in overall design based on branding
in a wide range of fields and genres, such as fashion, events, spaces,
food, and beauty, for clients operating in nationwide markets.
