[Aoyama MIHONCHO] Showcase "Discovery! gmund colors"

Gmund GmbH is a paper company located in southern Germany on the shores of Lake Tegernsee in the Alps south of Munich. On this occasion, we are featuring Gmund Colors Matt-FS, a fine paper manufactured by Gmund in an attractive combination of 48 colors using the company’s unique color system.
In addition to packaging, cards, and other products made with Gmund Colors Matt-FS, we will be exhibiting Vocal Dots, a work by Maria Matsuo that won the Grand Prix in the Private category of the Gmund Award 2023.
Maria Matsuo
Born in Lima, Peru, Matsuo graduated from Boston University. Moving between South America, North America, and Asia, she grew up constantly adapting to various cultures like a chameleon. Wanting to play a part in creating a society where everyone can express their individuality and personality, she launched Vocal Dots to plan and produce all kinds of paper products based on the theme of diversity. After working at an advertising agency in Tokyo, she is now raising her first child.
Gmund Award
Gmund established this award to recognize products and works made with Gmund fine papers that embody outstanding innovation, creativity, and design. Winners are invited to Germany to attend an award ceremony at Gmund’s head office. The company is currently inviting applications for 2024 online at: (external site | Gmund GmbH website).
