Neon color Fine Flute products, for which we announced presales in January 2024, are now available as regular products, incorporating a change in quality and new stock colors.

 

Fine Flute provides the functionality of regular packaging material in combination with rich colors. It can be manufactured to order, with your choice of colors for its three components selected from a range of fifty diverse colors, and there is a lineup of stock colors that can be ordered in lots as small as a single sheet.

 

A gray color with flecks of natural material—minute inclusions called chiri in Japanese—that derive from recycled paper has been added for the liner paper, and three fluorescent (neon) colors have been added for the flutes, bringing the total to twelve colors.

 

We have also changed the specifications for Fine Flute, and will be gradually switching over to Fine Flute (A).

Stock colors will be gradually switched over to the new specification as current stocks run out.

Notice

- It may be found some warpage and waviness due to the characteristics of corrugated cardboard.

- Please note that the flute is crushed easily after being punched.

- It is available to be processed by flexographic printing, silk screen printing, foil stamping, and hot stamping.

- The quality of this paper is different from that of the neon color products that were presold in January 2024.
