TAKEO DESK DIARY, published annually by TAKEO for over half a century,

is made with meticulous care given to paper, design, and bookmaking.

The 2026 edition is TAKEO’s 68th desk diary.

TAKEO's 68th desk diary, entitled All Things and Beautiful Science, sheds light on the beauty that resides in all things.

Paper is imbued with a wide range of ingenuity and know-how, including beauty that appeals to the senses and scientific technology that underpins the beauty of the material. Using this as a starting point, we chose beauty and science as the theme of this desk diary, filling it with stories and visuals that take a fresh look at stimulating scientific topics from a range of perspectives, such as unpredictability, beauty, and romance. By revealing the vast world of science from multiple perspectives, the pages of this diary open our eyes to beauty and profound aspects of the world that would normally remain unseen.
