  • [Additional Venue: Kanazawa] The 49th NAKASHIMA PAPER SHOW

We will be presenting the following exhibit at the 49th NAKASHIMA PAPER SHOW,
a paper event being organized by Kanazawa-based Hokuriku region paper wholesaler Nakashima Shoten.

- Mermaid Wave

In 2019, we created a more systematic lineup for our fine paper MERMAID with 60 colors
in three thicknesses arranged under six color themes.

With direction by Akiko Sekimoto, we will be exhibiting the upscaled lineup in all its glory.
We hope you will take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the new waves created by MERMAID.

* This is a repeat of the Mermaid Wave exhibition held at MIHONCHO HONTEN in March 2020,
Yodoyabashi MIHONCHO in July 2020, and Fukuoka MIHONCHO in September 2020.

PAPER & TRIAL ─KIHOUSHI & AYA CODAMA─

Trials by graphic designer Aya Codama use Takeo’s KIHOUSHI series of packaging paper
that brings out the rich feel of paper.
Codama’s works explore the tremendous expressive potential of the KIHOUSHI series and sculptured embossing.

* This is a repeat of the PAPER & TRIAL ─KIHOUSHI & AYA CODAMA─ exhibition held at Yodoyabashi MIHONCHO in April 2021, Aoyama MIHONCHO in September 2021, and Fukuoka MIHONCHO in October 2021.

- pakection! I'm fine

A special exhibition by pakection!, a group of package designers in the Kansai region of Japan.
This exhibition features the “E Kanji” works of six package designers using Takeo's Fine Flute packaging material.
You will love these package designs that make the most of this colorful cardboard.

In addition to the above exhibit, the show includes a corner introducing our fine papers.
Treat yourself! You won’t regret it.
